Being stressed can be very challenging— we tend to miss our meals, have lack of sleep and relaxation, and don’t get to enjoy quality time with the people who matter. But, because we must continue with our daily life despite the stress, we tend to ignore the physical and mental effects of stress on our body for the sake of our goals.
