Former Chevron Cambodia head Pongtorn “Bon” Tangmanuswong succeeds Billy Liu as CPI’s top executive.

Chevron Philippines Inc. (CPI), marketer of Caltex fuels and lubricants, has appointed Pongtorn “Bon” Tangmanuswong as its newest General Manager and Country Chairman.

As CPI’s top executive, Tangmanuswong will bring his 17 years of experience with the energy company in leading CPI’s operations across more than 600 Caltex service stations, 450 autoPro workshops, major commercial accounts, and five Chevron proprietary terminals nationwide—further strengthening the company’s presence in the Philippine fuel and lubricants market.

Caltex, marketed by Chevron Philippines Inc. (CPI), has broken ground for its first fuel service station along the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX), which is set to open in March 2026. The site is designed to serve motorists with a range of essential amenities, including well-known dining establishments, vehicle maintenance services, and a convenience store. Once operational, the station will offer a one-stop location for travelers along CALAX, supporting both routine stops and longer journeys between Cavite, Laguna, Batangas and Metro Manila.

Caltex Gives Away 12 Million Caltex Rewards Points in Win-a-Million, Pick-a-Premyo Promo

A total of 150 winners received 1 million Caltex Rewards points and 30 winners received 12 million Caltex Rewards points which can be redeemed for prizes like Caltex fuels, appliances, dining, shopping, and grocery vouchers.

One winner from Metro Manila, Marti Gimenez, expressed his gratitude upon winning the grand prize of 12 million Caltex Rewards points. Chevron Philippines Inc. (CPI), marketer of the Caltex brand of fuels and lubricants, launches the Caltex Carbon Offset Program, a voluntary carbon offset program for Caltex service stations in the Philippines. The same program was launched in Malaysia and Singapore, in 2023 and 2022, respectively.

Fuelling Compassion: Chevron conducts blood donation drive

Chevron Philippines Inc (CPI), marketer of the Caltex fuels and lubricants, and Chevron Holdings Inc. (CHI), recently held a blood donation drive in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross (PRC). A total of 105 blood bags were collected during the blood donation drive organized by XYZ Manila Employee Network for CHI and CPI volunteers, while, the blood donation drive held at Chevron Batangas terminal in San Pascual, collected a total of 22 bags of blood.

Chevron has a long-standing partnership with PRC, supporting the latter through regular contributions to relief and rehabilitation efforts in times of disasters. During the peak of the pandemic, Chevron also donated hundreds of Moderna vaccines to PRC.
