Commenting on the latest collection, Hana Tajima said, “This collection was really an expression of joy and hope. I wanted to create a sense of ease and playfulness. A dress should be the simplest thing in the world to wear. A single garment that is a look in itself, bold and iconic. The subtle details and fabric texture come to life on the body, move with it. The prints and colors embody that feeling of vitality.”
The first Hana Tajima dress collection for UNIQLO
The HANA TAJIMA FOR UNIQLO 2022 Spring/Summer collection, embodying a simple and iconic style, is the first Hana Tajima dress lineup for UNIQLO. These simple and adaptable dresses are suitable for both everyday wear or special occasions, with playful and innovative details to delight women every time they put one on, while providing everyday comfort.
Simple and effortless designs that accentuate the individuality of the wearer
The vibrant colors of this collection include deep blue and green inspired by nature. Striking dresses in fabric treated with salt shrinking for greater density and a puffed sleeve design retain a delicate form with lightweight material. Elegant camisole dresses with flowing hemlines can be paired with shirts or blouses to express the wearer’s individuality. Large stoles that can be worn over the shoulders feature garden flower patterns to accent any outfit.
