Lalamove champions partner driver empowerment, marking 6th year celebration in the Philippines

In celebration of its sixth anniversary of reliable same-day delivery service in the Philippines, Lalamove recognized its hardworking partner drivers in its three key locations –Manila, Pampanga, and Cebu during the recently concluded caravan entitled “6sik Saya Ka Dito, Bossing!” 

A total of seven partner drivers were rewarded with brand-new motorcycles from Alpine Motors Corporation, Tata Motors, and GCash, while others also won appliances, smartphones, cash prizes, vouchers, and more. They were also treated with an exclusive movie screening for them to enjoy with their families.

FedEx Express Expands International Day-definite Delivery Services to Four More Markets in AMEA

Continuous expansion of the FedEx® International Connect Plus (FICP) sets to fuel cross-border e-commerce growth within Southeast Asia 

FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and one of the world's largest express transportation companies, has expanded FedEx® International Connect Plus (FICP), an international, day-definite, e-commerce shipping service that combines competitive speed with attractive prices to four more markets across the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region, including Indonesia, New Zealand, the Philippines, and Vietnam.

The broader coverage of FICP is FedEx latest effort to support the robust development of e-commerce in the AMEA region. Led by three of the fastest-growing markets – the Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam, e-commerce sales in Southeast Asia will reach $100 billion by 2023. The e-commerce market in New Zealand is also forecast to grow 6% each year up to 2025.

Pilipinas Shell Puts E-Commerce, Logistics in a New Light

Pilipinas Shell has put the demanding world of logislics and e commerce in a new light with the launch of the Shell Rimula Light Duty Range, the newest addition to the company's line of premium lubricants.

Introduced during the PhilBus Truck Expo held last July 25 in Pasay Clty. Shell Rimula Light Duty is an engine oil variant ihat is suited for commercial light duty vehicles, such as pickups and light duty trucks.

Light duty vehicles are small, weigh less, and consume less fuel compared to heavy duty trucks and jeeps. With the lesser maintenance it requires, light duty trucks are becoming the fastest-growing commercial transport option and are heavily used in logistics operations, particularly in support of e commerce ventures.
